Al-Imdaad Foundation awarded Charity Partnership of the Year and the PMR Diamond Award.

Al-Imdaad Foundation UK received the Charity Partnership Award at the Muslim Charity Forum's Humanitarian Awards 2017
given to a partnership between two or more charities that have worked together to enhance the impact of their work.
Also, present at the MCF Humanitarian Awards were Baroness Sayeeda Warsi and former Secretary of state
for International Development Claire Short MP.

Country Director of Al-Imdaad Foundation UK, Abdussamad Mulla states “Working together the limits are endless and I highly recommend that organisations come together and join hands in serving humanity. It is a pleasure to receive the ‘Charity Partnership of the Year award’ at the MCF awards evening and I would personally like to thank our team members, volunteer
and management for their valuable efforts.”

On the same day in South Africa Al-Imdaad Foundation received the PMR Africa Diamond Award which is the
highest category PMR Award in recognition of effectiveness, excellence, leadership, resilience and indicating
customer service and customer satisfaction.

Al-Imdaad Foundation is a signatory to the Code of Conduct for the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movements and NGOs in Disaster Relief and also Al-Imdaad Foundation is a member of BOND (British Overseas NGOs for Development). The Foundation supports the Code of Conduct and strives to incorporate its principles in its humanitarian work.

The Al-Imdaad Foundation is registered with the United Nations Department of Economic & Social Affairs. The NGO
Branch is the focal point within the United Nations for Non-Governmental Organizations in consultative status
